This facility is very professional however, if you are uninsured or do not look to pay $75 to just get spoken too that's it no exam no physical NO test results no labs being done and prescription that you have to pay for out-of-pocket do not go here. They do not take any insurance and you will have to pay out-of-pocket there is no other option. No sliding scale save yourself the option and go to a regular urgent care. This is for folks who are desperate and need to be told to pay almost 120$ for life-saving care if possible go to the ER.

Absolutely disgusting service and a very concerning experience, especially considering this was supposed to be a 24-hour urgent care facility.
I walked in with my father, who was experiencing severe pain and symptoms of what appeared to be a heart attack. We came in expecting urgent medical attention, but the woman at the front desk did not seem concerned about the seriousness of his condition. While we were trying to explain his symptoms and the amount of pain he was in, she repeatedly focused on discussing the cost rather than addressing the emergency in front of her.
When she eventually took us to the back, there was still no sense of urgency. While trying to take my father’s blood pressure, she was more concerned about why his shoes were not on his feet, asking, “Where are his shoes?” This was extremely frustrating to watch when my father was clearly in significant pain and needed immediate medical attention.
She then called out asking whether someone had changed the machine or if it was turned off because it was not working. We were then moved to another room, where the equipment was again not working properly. At that point, I had to speak up and ask how the machines were not working when we had come in for an emergency and needed urgent assistance.
The entire situation was extremely concerning. There was no sense of urgency, and the focus seemed to be on things that were completely irrelevant compared to my father’s condition. She moved at an extremely slow pace despite us repeatedly explaining that he was in severe pain and needed help.
How can a facility advertise itself as a 24-hour urgent care if, during an actual emergency, patients cannot receive timely and urgent assistance? People who work in an environment like this need to understand how serious these situations can be and be prepared to act quickly and appropriately.
Patients come to urgent care because they need help. When someone is experiencing severe pain and potentially having a heart attack, the priority should be getting that person assessed and treated as quickly as possible—not repeatedly discussing payment, worrying about their shoes, or struggling to get basic equipment working.
Afterward, the male doctor came out to apologize to me on her behalf. That was not something we should have needed in that moment. We did not come to a 24-hour urgent care to receive an apology after the fact—we came because my father was in severe pain and needed urgent medical attention. The fact that the situation got to the point where another employee had to come out and apologize for the way we were treated is completely unacceptable. Coworkers should not be put in a position where they have to apologize for another employee’s lack of urgency, especially in an environment that is supposed to provide emergency and urgent care.
This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly believe the facility needs to review what happened, the staff’s response to emergencies, and the condition and availability of the medical equipment. Patients deserve to feel that they are being taken seriously and that their health and safety are the top priority.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sam. From the very beginning, he was incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. It was clear that he truly cares about his patients and takes their well-being personally.
What stood out to me most was the level of care he provided even after my appointment. He followed up with me more than once to make sure I was doing well and that my progress was going exactly as planned. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I came in very late and very pregnant with a double ear infection and Dr. Awada treated me quickly and with excellent bedside manner. It’s not often that you receive such excellent, trustworthy, and timely service in healthcare especially urgent care. I felt like I was truly in good hands, and he was thorough in calling the 24 hour cvs near us prior making sure they were available and received our prescription and also followed up with a phone call on our way home making sure we got our prescriptions. I decided to write a review after the way I was treated at this clinic. However, after reading several other reviews and the responses to them, I decided to focus this review on something else that stood out to me: the way Dr. Sam Awada responds to negative feedback.
Rather than simply acknowledging patients’ concerns and responding in a professional and courteous manner, some of the responses come across as defensive, confrontational, and at times more like an argument with the reviewer than a professional response from a medical practice. In my opinion, the way criticism is handled can say a great deal about a practice and its approach to patient relations.
I also found it interesting that these responses are signed “Team Lifeline.” Based solely on what I personally observed during my visit, I saw only Dr. Awada and one receptionist working at the clinic. For that reason, the repeated use of “Team Lifeline” in the responses gave me a different impression from what I personally observed in the office.
Patients should be able to share an honest account of their experience without feeling that they will be publicly lectured, criticized, or drawn into an argument in response. A professional medical practice should be able to receive criticism, address legitimate concerns respectfully, and view patient feedback as an opportunity to improve.
After reading several of these responses, their tone only reinforced the negative impression I had already formed based on my own experience at the clinic.

the staff here are wonderful, caring, helpful humans! they genuinely love what they do and you can tell. pricing is very affordable for cash payers. its truly lead with passion and is doctor owned/operated! that means youre not dealing with a big company in the name of healthcare. the office is spotless! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Doctor also had general antibiotics on hand to get me started on immediate relief from a very painful abcess. Doctor is friendly, very knowledgeable but also very down to earth and willing to listen! I have found my new favorite urgent care...not to mention, this guy did nothing but schooling! his accolades take up the entire lobby! this man is SMART!!! Genuinely came in experiencing pain for weeks in my hip and it started spreading to my knee. the doctor did one injection into my hip after xrays to determine it wasn't none damage/decay, and within less than an hour i was walking again without a limp. made it afforable and gave me a treatment plan for after the visit. thank you, thank you!! 😭

I woke up in the middle of the night at 2am with an eye problem and was in a pinch to find a 24/7 urgent care. So happy I found this place and Dr Awada! More than just an urgent care, came in with an inflamed cornea and Dr. Sam did an ultraviolet light test for foreign objects and proceeded to prescribe exactly what was needed, plus a cool eye patch.

They were prompt and polite I normally don’t get polite medical professionals so I was relieved of that. Another thing was I wasn’t argued with when I asked for an X ray unlike other offices and the pricing was reasonable. The prescriptions and the recommended pharmacy were wonderful the Pharmacy had a tablet to fill out information without them having to ask questions and I was there all of 8 minutes. I’ll give an update of how I’m doing but I went in for lower back pain and for future medical issues I’ll be back here

I had a great experience here. I had to go in very late at night and my experience was phenomenal. Dr. Awada saw me quickly and was very compassionate. He explained everything to make sure I knew what was going on and to calm my nerves. He was able to provide help and was also able to help get the medication I needed from a nearby pharmacy that was also open 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional care and compassion.
Dr. Sam is truly a blessing. After suffering severe second-degree burns from hot oil on my arm and hand, my primary care doctor provided little treatment, and the burn became badly infected. I found Dr. Sam at 3 a.m., and he immediately took action.
He spent hours treating my burn, carefully dressing it, scheduling follow-up visits, and sending me home with medications and supplies to help with healing. When I returned a few days later, not only was my infection gone, he began debridement treatment, and I felt absolutely nothing during the process.
What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares. He takes the time needed to properly treat his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they heal correctly. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, my recovery has been far better than I expected.
I highly recommend Dr. Sam to anyone in need of urgent, or any kind of medical care.

I arrived with a severely injured finger and was concerned that it might need to be amputated. Thanks to the exceptional care and expertise of the doctor, my finger was completely saved, and I am no longer at risk of losing it. I called in advance to make sure that they would be open when I got off work at 2:30am. Dr Awada checked me in quickly and immediately took me to the examination room. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed my issue and administered the medication that relieved the pain in my throat and ears. I am truly grateful for Dr. Awada and his compassionate care. Dr. Sam is a life saver! I went in late on a Sunday night when I suspected my tattoo from the previous day was infected. The staff is so kind and very transparent about the fact that they do not accept insurance and offered an estimate for the likely total cost for the night based on most common treatments for my issue.
Dr. Sam was quick and caring in his exam and truly tries to consider the patient and their wallet as best as possible. He marked my leg for the current infection, gave a shot of antibiotics, tetanus and sent oral antibiotics to a 24 hr pharmacy nearby. I was again offer the price of all suggested treatments before agreeing. Gave instructions to return next day if the redness did not recede or moved further.
As I had gone in so early after the tattoo the full scope of how bad the infection was was not yet clear. When the redness increased I returned the following night and was informed that it would require more aggressive treatment and was started on IV antibiotics and fluids.
While I had to return for several days to continue to receive IV treatments, and I won't pretend it was cheap, Dr. Sam did everything he could to cut costs down for me and I truly believe he saved me a hospital stay.
While returning daily to their office I was also able to see a large variety of patients come and be treated quickly and humanely and even had a few waiting room conversations with other return patients who prefer this location over places that do accept their insurance.
Overall the most hardworking and caring medical staff I have encountered. While I won't miss the infection or the treatments I will miss my daily visits with this lovely group. Thanks again guys! ❤️

I had an excellent experience at the urgent care center. I visited around 3:00 AM, and despite the late hour, Dr. Sam was professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Sam Awada, M.D., was incredibly caring, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. My Family and I love this place. Both myself and my daughter have been here multiple times for both injuries and illnesses and Dr. Sam always makes us feel so comfortable. Best doctor around — worth every penny. I couldn’t get X-rays done anywhere else, and the ER did not properly document my injuries. Dr. Awada did what the ER should have done from the beginning. He also prescribed medication for pain and inflammation, which the ER failed to provide. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sawyer at urgent care while my mother-in-law was being treated for a burn. Came in with extreme 9/10 tooth pain. Dr. Awada and his staff quickly helped me with the pain and treatment plan afterwards. Even with the speed it was a warm welcoming place. I instantly felt comfortable being there. If you're one of those people who doesn't like going to the doctor please trust me when I say you will be happy you went. They even had my prescription sent to a 24hr CVS by my home so I wouldn't have to wait to go pick it up next day. Walked in with near crippling pain, walked out in peace and comfort. Knowing a place like this exists brings such a peace of mind.

I waited for hours at an emergency room is unbearable pain just to overhear someone next to me had been sitting there for over 20 hours without care … I couldn’t take it anymore and I went to 24 HR LIFELINE URGENT CARE they literally had me fixed and out the door in 20 minutes the MD at this facility is very professional and efficient I will always be coming back here 12/10 would recommend

I had a great experience at the lifeline urgent care. I was dehydrated and extremely weak and within minutes I was taken care of. The doctor and staff were very friendly and educational. I felt heard, supported, and safe. Also, this urgent care is more dependable than others because of the things they could do there like give IVs and hang fluids. I recommend this place!! 10/10

I instantly knew the place was sketchy because there was were too many pictures and certificates on the wall. No one was at the front desk was there to greet me (I was having an asthma attack) and when the doctor finally came to the desk he immediately tell me know he didn’t take insurance (I didn’t care, I could not breathe). He forced me to stand and sign in, which I had already tried to do but was unsuccessful. Meanwhile he let me know he had 2 emergencies in front of me, I seriously think I could have died if I didn’t leave and go to the ER.

I had tooth surgery at a different place and had complications from it, I visited here and they were able to help me quickly and painlessly at late hours when I couldn’t find anywhere else to go. I was shocked by the low-cost for the visit as well - $75 to see a doctor (meds/injection etc separate, which are also low cost!)
Highly recommend this location for any Urgent Care needs, they even cater to ER style visits, they can do it all here

I had an amazing experience at this facility. They were very efficient highly knowledgeable. The Front desk, staff, receptionist, medical assistants, and physicians were highly professional. They were extremely kind and compassionate or highly recommend this facility. I had some personal matters that I had come to see the doctor for her and he was able to evaluate and treat me better than any other position that I’ve been to. Came in at 2:45/3am with my daughter.. she was upset and screaming about her ear.. dr seen us right away, was absolutely amazing with her. Place was clean, Dr again was great! Very very detailed about what he was doing, showed me my daughter’s issue as most places won’t he did!!!! He also offered my daughter some prizes for being so awesome of a patient !! But……Unfortunately!!!!!
my only complaint, the Only down fall, this urgent care does NOT take insurance of any kind….., and typically those hours sends you to pharmacy that also did not take my daughters insurance either. (State based) a double ear infection to be seen and one shot later and a prescription of antibiotics costed me $200. There goes a nice piece of my check. As a single mother to a disabled child, this hurt our home but my daughter needed it. Unfortunately she can’t express or communicate there’s pain till it’s too late.. like I said everything was great, If you can afford all the out of pocket expenses I recommend to go every time… if your on a fixed income like me, and have insurance I recommend just going to the er 🤷♀️

I love the care and service provided here. Dr.Awada is the best yet and thank you again for helping my daughter get relief and not just saying anything or giving her anything. This is my second visit at this incredible service provider, but this time it was me that was in need of urgent care. For the last 2 to 4 days, I developed very strong cold like symptoms I have been very weak and I blacked out at my desk at my Office. After I became conscious, we went to 24 HR Urgent Care and Family Medicine I was met with compassion and comfort. Unfortunately, I tested positive for influenza B, extreme exhaustion and dehydration.The follow up communications that I have received is amazing. Dr. Wada was very thorough ,very understanding and very direct while explaining the treatment plan.The services that I have received here has always been amazing. It is amazing that they are a 24 hour urgent care facility that provides excellent efficient service!

Showed up late after taking a puck to the face during a hockey game. They did a fantastic job stitching me up and even followed up the next day. Hopefully I never need to go back but I will if I need urgent care.

I just want to say this was the best place to go other than the emergency room.
Today I was cooking tomato Basil soup and accidentally spilled it all over my hand. My fiancé called here then took me in. I was immediately treated. The receptionist was so kind and caring, the doctor was so quick, walking me through all the steps needed and explaining things to me as we went. I ended up having second degree burns all over my hand.
I was in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this place.

Please read: If I could rate Dr. Awada and his staff 100 stars, I would. Dr. Awada is unbelievably caring and compassionate. My husband came to this urgent care for the first time as it was afterhours. Highly recommend. Dr. Awada was able to properly diagnose his sciatic nerve pain and almost immediately reduced his pain in office. The prices are fair (the office doesn't accept insurance) but well worth it.

I went to this urgent care around 11pm and was received with welcoming attitude. I was seen right away and the nurse was super caring. Dr. Sam was an angel. He was in no rush. He walked in, sat down with calmly and listened to me. He made me feel heard and spoke to me like a friend. He advised me and made me feel so comfortable. I thought I was talking to a psychiatrist. I walked in with anxiety and walked out with peace. He prescribed medication and helped me right away. It has never happened that I was seen by a real on site doctor at an urgent care before. I am forced to write this review so that people could know this urgent care is a real deal.

I (I'm from Germany) was on vacation visiting my family in October 2025. I fell and broke my wrist. Dr. Awada provided excellent initial care. He also helped me when I had problems with my German insurance company getting reimbursed for my expenses. Dr. Awada is very competent and helpful.

I had a really bad reaction to a medication and ended up going in the middle of the night. I was really scared and really overwhelmed and had no idea what to do. But Dr. Awada was great! He was concerned and calmly helped me through the check-in process. I had a moment where I collapsed and briefly passed out and he quickly caught me and lowered me down to the floor so I wouldn’t hit my head. He gave me a bag in case I needed to throw up and talked me through the entire process. He sat with me to make sure the medicine was working and that I was calming down. He gave me a copy of my appointment report before I left, and actually called me later that day to see how I was doing. It was a really great experience and made me feel safer in a really scary situation!

We went yesterday, on a very cold day when almost everything was closed, and this place was one of the few open, which we truly appreciated. We didn’t have to wait at all. The doctor was highly professional and took great care of us. I would absolutely recommend this place every time.

I usually don't leave 5 stars, Doctor Sam took his time and gave me insight, also went above and beyond. We talked over the information and when I left he called me to let me to let me know my prescription was already ready at the 24 hour CVS. Lastly if needing assistance after hours this place is the only office opened 24 hours!

Our 2-year-old came in with horrible cough and vomiting from coughing fits. They assessed him quickly, gave steroids, a breathing treatment and sent prescriptions with clear instructions. They monitored him well, explained what to watch for at home, and were very compassionate. Excellent care and very reassuring! I couldn’t thank them enough!

Dr. Sam was incredible. I came into urgent care in the middle of the night with a painful ear infection, and he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail even if some of it felt like foreign doctor language, which honestly just showed how knowledgeable and passionate he is about what he does. He was funny, kind, and made a great first impression, especially for someone like me who rarely ever goes to the doctor, let alone urgent care. He relieved my pain right away and made sure my prescription was sent to the 24 hour CVS around the corner so I could start treatment immediately. I am so thankful he was open and truly grateful for the care he provided.

Dr. Sam was the best. I came in just before midnight with a dislocated finger and he took me back immediately. He took X-Rays, quickly knew what was needed, and treated it right there. He was also very transparent about pricing and exactly what he’d be doing. I cannot recommend an urgent care/doctor enough. Was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes with a treated finger, splint, and directions on how to care for it. 10/10 experience.

My nerves were so high when I busted off most of my big toenail. Nina B. and Dr. Saad handled my toenail removal with amazing care and empathy. Nina held onto me and let me squeeze her arm and hand. I had to bring my grandfather in with a fever to be treated after hours. Dr. Sam’s clinic is one of two 24 hour urgent cares in the area. It turned out he tested positive for the flu and pneumonia. Dr. Sam was able to treat him for all of his symptoms, X-ray his chest, and send us home with prescriptions at 2am in the morning. Hands down the best treatment we could’ve received! Way better than I’ve ever been treated at any hospital by far. I highly recommend Dr. Sam for all of your medical needs without question. He’s the real deal! I give him 100 stars across the board!!!

I visited this urgent care in the middle of the night because of severe tooth pain, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Awada was kind, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me manage the pain safely and listened to my concerns regarding pain management while I am breastfeeding. He also provided a recommendation for a local dentist so I could get follow-up care ASAP. I left his office with no pain. I’m very thankful for the support and care I received here and would highly recommend this urgent care.

I seen Dr. Awada in the middle of the night back in the Fall when I had a really bad reaction to a perfume and had nausea that prevented me from sleeping. The visit was quick and easy. However I can appreciate how detailed he was in his assessment. It was nice to get be seen by an actual doctor. He wrote me a script for nausea medicine and sent it to the 24 hour CVS pharmacy not to far away.

I’ve taken my daughters here a few times for concussion care and a flu diagnosis. We have seen both Dr. Awada and Dr. Saad. We have gotten in right away with very little waiting. Both doctors are very thorough and take their time answering questions. They were great about providing notes to excuse my girls from school and sports, and even answered questions over email. The first time we came it was late at night and no other urgent cares near me were open. I will continue to come here because the doctors do a great job and have gotten to know my girls. This place does not take insurance but it ends up costing me less than my HSA insurance would charge for a visit.

I was seen by Dr. Hussein Awada in the middle of the night Saturday and I have never received better care at an urgent care in my life. He has excellent bedside manner that exceeded my expectations. He got me in and out fast, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, made sure to send me to a 24hr pharmacy so I could get my prescriptions fast (he even wrote down the address for me to make sure I went to the correct one since I’m not from the area) and did it all with a smile on his face. I truly can’t recommend him enough.

Doc was nice but they dont take insurance they say its 1 amount to be seen then add on a lot of other charges for tests and meds. Its cheaper to go to the e.r at that point or wait for a facility to open that takes insurance.

I visited 24 Hour Lifeline Urgent Care on 12 Mile in Warren after a bad toe injury. An e bike battery fell on my big toe, and the pain was intense. I was not sure what to do at first, so I looked online and realized I needed either an emergency room or an urgent care. I knew the hospital would have long wait times, especially later in the day, and I did not want to sit there for hours while in severe pain.
I called around to see what my options were, and this clinic was open because it runs twenty four hours a day. They do not take insurance, which made me hesitate at first. However, I am very glad I decided to go. Dr. Sam Awada was the doctor who treated me, and he was outstanding. He checked my injury, explained what he needed to do, and removed the toenail to relieve the pressure. The difference in pain was immediate. It went from almost unbearable to completely manageable, and I would have paid twice the price for that level of fast help.
I was in and out in less than forty five minutes. The process was smooth, the staff was kind, and the care was excellent. If you need urgent care at any time of day and want to avoid hours of waiting at a hospital, I highly recommend this place. You pay out of pocket, but you get fast, professional care when you need it most.

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care! I’ve seen Dr. Awada several times and he’s always fantastic—kind, attentive, and great at explaining everything. Recently, I went in with some respiratory symptoms and saw Dr. Saad. I was a little nervous not seeing my usual doctor, but he was just as wonderful. This is the best urgent care I've ever been too. This is my 2nd time going. You're treated with kindness, and like family. Dr. Awada is so positive, uplifting and kind. He talks to you with respect, and a friendly smile, good eye contact and a great listener even after seeing numerous other patients. He truly cares how your day is going, and how you're feeling. He is very insightful as well. The front desk staff actually listen here too, and help get you back on your feet quick not to mention being available 24 hours is so helpful! This 24 hour urgent care has absolutely changed my life. 2 months ago I stopped by with extreame teeth pain. This doctor was so kind and patient with me and I was not the nicest person when I came in. The doctor took me back sat me down and let me know he could help me… he gave me a couple shots that I was absolutely terrified to get but some how talked me into it. When I left I looked at him told him I wished he was a dentist and he handed me a card and said his sister was. 2 months later I had to come back and thank him because his sister is my dentist now and I have a brand new set of teeth in my mouth…. These people are life changing and I will forever be grateful for the patience these people gave me…. I could never express how grateful I am for the patience of the receptionist and the doctor… I would make this guy my primary if I could… they are absolutely amazing…

Dr. Awada and nurse were wonderful. I wasn't feeling good and didn't want to wait for another location to open later. So the fact this location is 24 hours truly does help. They were friendly and knowledgeable answers all my questions. Very nice office, cleaned and organized. It was super easy I set up appointment online. Highly recommend!!!

Came here at 3am this morning and had a great experience. Had to sign in for an appointment and Dr Awada took me back right away. Calmed me down after a huge panic attack and gave me all the insight as to what as going on. They don’t take insurance but I’d rather spend my money here where I know I’ll get answers right away and I won’t have to wait days for one. Dr awada was so friendly and so patient with me being scared of needles, on top of calming down my panic attack, he took all of that into consideration and didn’t even feel the shot. Definitely gained some clientele out of our visit this morning. Will be coming here for as long we live around here! Can’t thank them enough!

This was my first experience here, and it was outstanding!! The office was extremely nice, cozy and smelt great!! I had zero wait time and Dr. Awada was extremely friendly and actually took time to do a THOROUGH consult and thoroughly explain everything to me. Great experience! Dr. Awada and his staff were exceptional. I needed a tetanus shot, and they were the only clinic within a 30-minute radius that had a single-dose, preservative-free vaccine. Dr. Awada even showed me the box and brand, which really speaks to the level of care and transparency you receive here. Hands down, one of the best medical visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Dr Awada was very helpful and informative and assured me that I would heal from my hand injury. I was given an x-ray and he gave me the results right away!
He and his staff did such an amazing job and they were so nice I wish I could rate them higher! They don’t just treat you like a patient, they treat you like family. Dr. Awada saved my vision and my face at a time where I was given poor medical advice and desperate to avoid the ER. I had a horrible case of eczema around both eyes that had caused my eyes to swell shut with a severe allergic reaction. The eczema had developed into a skin infection and I could barely see out of my eyes. I found Dr. Awada through a quick google search as it was 10PM on a Saturday night and I didn't have much hope. There was no wait, the office was very clean, the staff was pleasant and Dr. Awada not only provided me with excellent care - he repeated himself 3 times (because I was scared and asked him to repeat) all the while, he listened to my concerns about the medication and wanting to get pregnant soon (so he offered a different antibiotic) AND when I had questions at MIDNIGHT, he picked up the phone and coached me through how to take my medication since the pharmacist made a mistake. It gets better. 8 hours later, he called me in the morning to ensure I was improving and answered my questions. He continued to call me the next day to ensure I was still on a good path and helped refill my antihistamine because I was in desperate need of more.
I'm writing this long review because I want you to know that Dr. Awada provided a medical service that I haven't experienced in decades. I hate our medical system, I'm scared of my insurance (even though I pay $1000/month for my husband and I) and I didn't have to use it at all here. $75 for the appointment, $55 for the prescriptions and I had better service, better medical advice, oh and an entire written document explaining everything he had provided, medications, dosing AND recommendations for next steps with specialists to identify root cause.
I believe Dr. Awada is the future of medical care. And I am proud to know that someone like him is providing a service that is needed for all people in our area. He isn't following our system that keeps people sick and shames them. I felt cared for, respected, and hopeful when I was with Dr. Awada.
And for those who google him. I did too and was curious about some of the articles that were out there - so I researched more. Honestly, I couldn't find validity to any of the claims and I would encourage you to look past whatever you find because Dr. Awada is the first doctor I have been to that finally felt like I wasn't in a system, wasn't scammed and wasn't shamed.
When you need help - go to Dr. Awada. I know I will. Thank you Dr. Awada!!!

Doctor was super nice and very experienced. I went there at 12:00 am in the night with severe toothache and swallowed mouth with huge pain. Doctor took care of it within 20 minutes and he took out all the puss from my mandible and gum. He showed me how infected it was. Then he gave me immediate treatment and prescribed medication to 24 hour open pharmacy. When I am writing this trust me it is next day after 12 hour and I am feeling completely painless and everything is gone like magic. They could have charge me a lot but they offer me a package for the full service and it was affordable for me. But keep it mind, at pharmacy they also will not take the insurance. So initially I was scared thinking medication he prescribed could be expensive because two antibiotics, one steroid and clorohexidine to wash mouth. But the pharmacy gave good discount with Rx prescription option and it was also affordable. I would like to thank Doctor he is very expert and he assured me that he handled this kind of case many of them. He knows what he is going to do. I really appreciate him and I would give him 10 star 🌟 review out of 5 star.

I took my 93 year old mom who had a leg injury that became infected. Great front desk staff. Very professional and helpful. Very clean reception area. Dr. Awada was wonderful. Caring, kind, patient, informative. He took his time and was genuinely a caring doctor. He even came out to our car to help get my mom inside, even though it wasn’t necessary. He made it a very personal experience while still very professional. He also explained everything as he went along. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. The world needs more doctors like him.

The worst urgent care to visit, they are very rude and unprofessional, don’t wanna treat you at night, they ask you to pay because they don’t take insurance that’s what the guy told me the other night. I took my son there at around 5:00am-5:30 am and the guy at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. He even locked the door after we leave so he can sleep on a so called 24 hours urgent care. No wonder their other page has 3 star review.

After a horrendous 2 days in pain and not keeping food down, I went into 24HR Lifeline Urgent Care and was treated by Dr. Sam. He immediately assessed me, suspected gallstones and recommended me to a ultrasound and surgeon. He also followed up the next day to ensure I was OK. The office is clean, and the staff treated me with respect, dignity and were truthfully honest about their policies and pricing. I highly recommend Dr. Sam and this office for any urgent care needs.

Dr. Awada is absolutely amazing ! I went to urgent care for cellulitis in my lower leg as it was not clearing up. Dr. Awada instantly got me going on iv antibiotics, & I seen progress instantly ! We went to high school together & honestly, he is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have had the pleasure of experiencing his specialties. As soon as my husband and I walked out of this place, we looked at each other and both said, “I loved this place.” We took our daughter in around 1am for a very bad ongoing diaper rash. Dr. Sam took one look at it and gave a diagnosis right away. He was so quick with giving her a treatment there and finding a 24 hour pharmacy close by us so we could pick up her prescriptions right away too instead of waiting till the morning. The lady at the front was so kind and patient and they both treated my daughter so kindly, despite her blood curdling screams and cries. Dr. Sam also was helpful in explaining to us why our daughter’s rash was so bad and used terminology that we actually understood. Next time we need an urgent care, we’re definitely coming back here!

I had the sensation that something was in my eye, off and on for about 3 or 4 weeks. It seemed to be getting worse. And getting older my vision makes it hard for me to focus on my own eye to see if there was anything in there. When I arrived only 2 people were ahead of me. I was checked in quickly (they don't take insurance) and seen by the doctor within 15 minutes. He couldn't find any debris and suspected something autoimmune. Gave me a referral for an opthalmologist, and a prescription for eye drops. He spent a generous amount of time with me and was very informative. Thanks Dr. Awada!

A Lifesaver at 3:30 AM: My Experience with Dr. Sam
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sam. I recently found myself feeling incredibly sick in the dead of night—around 3:30 AM, to be exact. Despite the late hour, Dr. Sam was nothing short of amazing.
From the moment I saw him, he was genuinely kind and understanding, which was such a relief when I was feeling so unwell. What truly impressed me was his extensive medical knowledge. He quickly pinpointed what was wrong, explaining everything clearly and reassuringly. I felt completely confident in his care, and thanks to his expertise, I'm already well on my way to recovery.
If you're looking for a compassionate, highly skilled doctor even in the middle of the night I 100% recommend Dr. Sam. He made a really tough situation so much easier to handle.

Dr. Sam Awada is kind and funny every time we’ve visited. He’s personable, happy to answer questions and has a great bedside manner. He’s consistently provided my daughter with excellent care. Nurse Nina is always attentive and so very helpful to my daughter.
In addition to having a great team, the facility is very clean and inviting. It is a very nice facility with hand hygiene stations located throughout the patient lobby and offices. I am a neat freak, so the facility’s cleanliness makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable. I DEFINITELY would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is looking for quick, accessible (open 24 hours) and high quality medical treatment from an urgent care provider. My gorgeous wife suddenly developed a bad case of conjunctivitis at 2 AM, so I looked online and found this great 24-HOUR clinic. They took us in immediately, treated her accordingly, and now she's feeling much better. They don't accept insurance, but that's actually a blessing because I know from experience a visit to an ER would have cost us 5 times as much! If you need medical care day or night, or even on the 4th of July as we did, THIS is the place to go!

* Long post alert*
I don’t usually give reviews but when I tell you that this doctor saved my LIFE, you better believe it! I went to this Urgent care because it was 24/7 and I had shortness of breath. I didn’t know what was wrong with me but he immediately let me know what tests he wanted me to do and was very open about his pricing (so no surprises). He made me feel like he truly cared. We did an X-ray and he saw masses on my lungs. He immediately sent me to the Emergency where they discovered that I had blood clots in my lungs. Only God knows how long they were there and how much time I could have had left before they possibly traveled to my heart. I’m still on the mend of recovering but I can’t thank this doctor enough for saving me that night. A big THANK YOU to you and your staff for immediately taking my concerns seriously and not just sending me home with a prescription. You truly deserve all the kudos! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Honestly, one of the best urgent cares i’ve ever been to. Went in there in extreme pain, got diagnosed in less then 3 minutes, walked out the clinic pain free prescriptions ready for pick up. I don't have health insurance and can say they are very affordable and kind.
Dr. Sam Awada one of the best doctors i have met. Very thoughtful, funny and enjoyable person to talk to. Honestly cant thank him enough and thats saying something at 6 in the morning when i went there. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor if I'm being completely honest.

I saw Dr. Awada just three days ago, and I honestly can’t believe the transformation. My acne had gotten really bad—my dad even said it was the worst he’d ever seen. I had just wrapped up a stressful semester, and it showed all over my skin.
My mom insisted I needed a dermatologist, but my dad swore by Dr. Awada, who’s also running an urgent care clinic. He set up the appointment, and I went in not expecting much—just hoping for help.
Dr. Awada saw me for about 10 minutes, quickly assessed what was going on, gave me a shot and a couple of prescriptions. That was it. Within 3 to 4 days, my skin cleared up dramatically. I got my life and confidence back fast. I only wish I had known about him back in high school!
It’s rare to find a doctor who is this straightforward, effective, and results-driven. No BS, no dragging things out—just clear diagnosis, targeted treatment, and real results.
If you’re struggling with acne, Dr. Awada is the GOAT. Thanks, Doc, for helping me feel like myself again—just in time for job interviews too. The before-and-after speaks for itself. Truly the magic man!

Dr. Sam is the best. I had a allergic reaction from my cat I think and he fixed me right up about a half hour later I was feeling better. I couldn't breathe. I broke out in hives and he knew exactly what to do. I was in and out. I will be coming back there.

Dr Sam was absolutely amazing! I took my niece in for several symptoms she was having while we were here visiting Michigan, and the way the staff took care of us is unmatched! The facility was nice and clean and Dr Sam answered each and every question i had, and made sure my niece was comfortable. Absolutely amazed. She was feeling better sooner than we thought after the medications that were prescribed, thank you for everything you all do!

I’ve gone here twice now. I have recommended this place to several friends and family. Dr. Awada is one of the BEST doctors I have encountered-he has a great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. As a nurse who works alongside many doctors in an ER, I’ve seen the good docs and the bad docs but I have to say, hes a GREAT one!.(Also this urgent care offers more services than most and can’t beat that they are open 24/7!)

I came in to see Dr. Awada a couple weeks ago and he is WONDERFUL! He is so kind and truly cares about his patients. He is so gentle and knowledgeable and makes sure to inform you of everything. I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortable with any other medical office. His staff of nurses and assistants are all so beautiful and kind. It is worth it to go see him if you need medical attention. They are efficient and I never have to wait long. Thank you so much Dr. Awada and staff...you are all truly a blessing!! 1st time at this urgent care for me and what a great experience it was. I had an aggressive ear infection that went down to my jaw and down my neck, the ear and neck was in an incredible amount of pain and the ear was full of fluid. I was truly doomed. But there was hope in the way of doctor Sam Awada and his incredibly well trained staff at 24 hour lifeline urgent care in warren. They brought me back from death. To make a long story short, you need to see doctor Awada. You need to see him now even if your not sick go and get checked out. Do it now..

Dr. Hussein H. Awada, MD, has the best bedside manner we’ve ever experienced. My mother had an emergency on Sunday the 8th, and we rushed to 24 Hour Lifetime Urgent Care. I had tooth pain all night and found this place @ 2:30 am, I got to sleep when bam, I was hit in tooth. I went to office @ 6:30. Thank you to doc Sam for fixing my abscessed tooth. The pain is gone and he even trusted me to bring back the rest of my payment. Thank you for having great people in the world still. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Awada has CHANGED MY LIFE!!! Honestly!! The first time I saw him I was hopeless!!! I had allowed myself to gain a lot of weight and was the unhealthiest I’ve been in 53 years on this earth. I was the heaviest I’d ever been in my life. Dr. Awada was the FIRST Doctor that gave me hope!!! He was very encouraging and assured me that with his help he could get 100 pounds off of me in 5 months. Since coming to him I’m 15 weeks into my heath journey and I’m now down 70 pounds. My quality of life has improved immensely and I’m enjoying things in my life again that i had stopped doing because of my weight. My appetite has decreased while my energy and movement has increased. To my shock I feel so GREAT, that I’m going to the gym now several days a week and doing 1 hour of weight training each time.
In addition to my health journey, Dr. Awada kept my wife out of the hospital. She had gotten bilateral pneumonia and was extremely sick. True to his word of telling us he could help her get better, that’s exactly what he did for her.
We both truly can’t say enough great things about our experiences with Dr. Awada. He’s a very kind and encouraging Doctor. I promise you he will help you get your life back!

I was sick for four months. I saw 3 doctors, went to E.R. twice. Went through 3 rounds of antibiotics but nothing was helping. Finally had a colonscopy and was told I had ulcerative colitis but was not given anything to help the symptoms and dehydration. My husband brought me to Dr. Awada. Dr. Awada immediately gave me IV fluids and medications to help, along with prescriptions. Within a couple hours I was already feeling better. I visited the clinic 3 days in a row to finally get me rehydrated. My colon Dr called after that and said everything Dr Awada had done for me was what he would have done. Dr. Awada explained every medication he was giving me and what it was for. He's one of the best Drs I've seen in my life.

I went to this facility this morning at about 1:00 a.m. and it was one of the worst medical experiences I have had. No insurance is taken first of all which is weird to me - but the really horrible part is this. I came in with a bug bite (what I thought was a bug bite) in less than 2 minutes of him examining the area (my face) he decided the best course of action WAS CUTTING MY FACE to get to an infection that was not there. He stated "75 for check in fee, 75 for numbing, and DONT WORRY ABOUT THE INSICION I WONT CHARGE" That is insane to me. It doesn't stop there, there was actual blood splatter on the painting in the first check in room I was put in. ACTUAL BLOOD ON THE WALL. I wish I got a picture of the blood but I was so genuinely scared at this point. So, at that point I left and I offered to pay the 75 check in because he got supplies and such out but he declined and I went on my way to emergency room. When I got to the emergency room they gave me a round of antibiotics called in to a pharmacy AS A PRECAUTION BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT IDENTIFY AN ACTIVE INFECTION. Meaning - 3 doctors at ascension did not want to cut my face open but this one in less than 2 minutes wanted to make an incision. I am reporting this urgent care to every possible accredited body that will listen. I hope this is helpful to anyone who needs a safe, clean, reputable, urgent care visit - I also do believe they are scrubbing google reviews to appear better than reality. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

The pain I had coming into the clinic was a 9 but when I left I felt like a new man. Office was clean, equipment clean and sterilized and prices are reasonable. Will highly recommend this office

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this place. 24 Hour Urgent Care is hands-down the best service you could ask for late at night. I came in around 12AM thinking I'd be sitting in a waiting room forever, but I was seen quickly and treated with real care. The vibe was calm, clean, and professional—honestly better than most daytime clinics I've been to.
Dr. Sam Awada, MD, was incredible. Down to earth, easy to talk to, and you can tell he actually cares about his patients. No rushed visit, no attitude—just a genuine professional doing good work when most other places are closed. If you ever find yourself needing help after hours, this is the spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

On March 6 at 11pm my son woke up barely could see anything. Well I did not want to go to St. John Macomb or I would be there all night. So I went to the only urgent care open near me. We went in and Dr. Sam Awada was there. I told him my sons condition and he said he can definitely help him. Unfortunately they did not except my insurance so I started to cry. Our family has been put through alot this past year and my son battles severe asthma and allergies. Bills are adding up. He told me no worries I got u. He took such great care of us and took half off my bill. Plus meds. He even called the days after to check on my son.

It was 6 am. on a Friday. They were the closest and only opened. The doctor was very pleasant and not like any doctor I've ever seen. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I will definitely recommend him to others and family. You do not need insurance, no BS or Red tape.

This place is a hidden gem. They do not accept insurance, but the cost they do charge is not far off from co pays and deductible costs. We have been twice and the personability, and efficiency is hands down the best. And also you are not sitting there forever waiting like a normal Urgent care. That right there I'd pay double to not have to sit there and wait with a bunch of coughing, sneezing folks lol. Dr. Awada is great, very knowledgeable with good bedside manner unlike most. Nina one of the assistants is great as well. Very nice and real. I definitely recommend this place to all. Very well worth it!!

I came across this urgent care on Google about a year ago, this is my second visit at Lifeline. The assistant was very nice and pleasant soon as you walk through the door. Dr Sam was very understanding and patient with me, he also made sure he explained my diagnosis well. The overall experience was exceptional! Thank you for such a refreshing experience. I have insurance and refuse to go to the local urgent care's that takes insurance, due to feeling rushed out the door.

I presented to Dr. Sam Awada's clinic at 1 am with black lower legs and feet. Both legs had large lesions that were excreting bodily fluids. My pain level was pushing ten and I could not walk. Dr. Awada and his assistant, Nina, provided the highest level of medical care. Dr. Awada and Nina are highly competent and caring profesionals. I left the clinic with a pain level of one. I wish I had the option of giving six stars!

This weekend I called two urgent care locations that informed me they couldn't help and directed me to the ER. Feeling frustrated, I decided to try one more place, and I'm so glad I did. This location was not only incredibly kind but also listened to me with empathy. They confidently assured me they could help, functioning as a mini ER. I am so thankful Dr Sam was there and able to treat me. Ended up needing a bag of fluids because of a stomach bug, and there was no wait and way cheaper then what an emergency room would have been. If you don’t have insurance, or need immediate treatment, go see this place.

I went in on Sunday and had a great experience from the minute I walked in to the min I saw Dr Sam they took good care of me . I walked out knowing that I had flu b and bronchitis which wasn’t what I wanted to hear because know one does but it was such a better experience then any other urgent care that I have ever been to . Dr Sam was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and provided a clear treatment plan, including some effective exercises to do at home. His expertise and attentive care were evident throughout the visit. I felt genuinely cared for and supported in my recovery journey.

This Urgent Care is the best Urgent care I have ever been to. So clean and organized. They checked me in right away, no long wait or paperwork to fill out. The nurse and doctor saw me right away as well. Dr. Awad was so kind, he explained the issues well and had a more caring patient-doctor relationship that I've never seen in any other doctor. I was out within an hour. I'll be coming back here for sure next time I need an Urgent Care.

So grateful to Dr. Awada and Nina. If we had thought to go to urgent care before 9pm we would have ended up someplace that couldn't give my husband the 2+ liters of IV fluids he desperately needed. Dr. Awada was patient and compassionate, and explained the reasons behind all of his symptoms and how each medication given was going to help. I'm so glad we live so close, this was so much better than going to an actual ER, faster, quieter, more time with the doctor, etc. The only down side is they are fee for service and don't take insurance....... but the care was absolutely top notch, and my husband feels so much better today! For that I'm very very grateful!

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. I was greeted warmly, informed up front about price, and taken to an exam room there Dr. Bishop quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem I was experiencing. Dr. Bishop is so kind and has a very warm bedside manner. The front desk receptionist was also so nice and helpful. Even though I live about 40 min away, I will visit this clinic should I need urgent care in the future.

I visited Dr. Sam on December 18, 2024. I was feeling horrible and knew I either had bronchitis or possibly pneumonia. I went to the facility, it’s THE CLEANEST urgent care I’ve ever been to! Dr. Sam was kind, caring, professional and quick. This is definitely where myself and my family will go when needed for future visits. The fact that they’re 24 hours is absolutely amazing and convenient . you’re waiting in line at the opening time for 10 others ahead of you.

Had to take my son in Christmas Eve 2024 for an infected cyst. From the phone call on the way in explaining the services and what to expect to leaving after needing to have the cyst drained, Dr. Awada and Nina were absolutely amazing. The facility was very clean and nice. Probably the nicest urgent care I have ever been in. Dr. Awada was so caring and explained everything to my son and I before the procedure and throughout. Yes you must pay at the time of care but it is so worth every penny spent. Wonderful doctor and staff. Thank you both for helping in a. Emergency situation. We are very grateful.

December has been a tough month for us health-wise. The stomach flu hit our family hard, but it particularly affected my fiancé, who became severely dehydrated. After seeing Dr. Awada, he quickly got him back on track. Unfortunately, we faced additional health challenges that required frequent visits to Dr. Awada. Through it all, he was incredibly attentive, working closely with us to address my fiancé's symptoms and providing consistent care. If you value your time and health go here first. Better care than 90% of hospitals around. Even if its something he doesn't specialize in, he will refer you to the proper people vs waiting 10 hrs to be referred from the ER. Very caring and understanding doctor I highly recommend.

I took my 3 yr old daughter in because she was having difficulties breathing and complaining about an ear ache. Dr. Laurie and Nina were phenomenal. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me and daughter feel very safe and comfortable. Dr. Laurie figured out the issue and was able to give a solution . Very nice urgent care! The building itself is kept clean and is handicap accessible. They have an x-ray machine and do a variety of labs in house. More importantly, the staff was very polite and doctor Awada explains patient care options very well. I was happy with my decision to come here.

Dr Sam is wonderful!! I came in at 6am with my left ring finger severely infected after a cut. The pain was indescribable!! My wedding ring had to be cut off, his tools in the office were not working. So this amazing Dr called his next door neighbor and was able to get the tools needed to cut the ring off. He could have just given up and sent me to the ER. But he kept the course. He got the ring off and sent in oral antibiotics. When I came back in the next day my finger was worse and the infection spread into my palm and still incredibly painful. Without hesitation, without upfront payment, he immediately began IV antibiotics. He didn’t want me to lose my finger. He trusted me enough to treat me and was paid in full. REMINDER PEOPLE PAY YOUR PRIVATE DR MEDICAL BILLS!! They aren’t funded by the hospital they fund themselves. Anyway I am very glad to say I will always go back to Dr Sam Awada for all my medical needs.

I’ve gone here twice and was seen by the owner both times. Wait time was minimal, and the staff is patient, polite, and courteous. I felt comfortable through the whole experience. The doctor attentively listened to my concerns and kindly addressed them. He genuinely cares for the health of his patients, and it’s obvious that giving medical care is his top priority. He’s also very personable. Moving forward, this is the only urgent care I will use.

I am giving Dr.Sam 25 stars because he just helped me out soooo much. I went in to see him at 3 am after tossing and turning and not being able to sleep after dealing with an abscess on my tonsil which felt like a very bad ear infection. He gave me immediate relief with 2 shots and 3 antibiotics and I am sooo grateful his business was open because I didn’t know what to do. Thank you sooooo much Dr!!!!!!!!!! *************************

This Urgent Care facility, along with Dr. Awada, are absolutely amazing people, considering the compassion, and care they show to everyone who walks through their front door. I walked in the clinic at 2 a.m. with one of the worse infections I've ever had, and Dr. A was there, greeted me with a smile, and saved me from going into sepsis. My faith in medicine has been restored!! I would recommend anyone who is in need, especially in those wee hours where its almost impossible to get health care attention, to use their facility. Went in late on a Sunday night for my daughter. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. They were very up front that they don't accept insurance, and it was $75 for the office visit. We were only waiting about 5 minutes and the doctor was very compassionate, listened to all the details, and gave her medication to help her to start to feel better quickly. I'll definitely be going back.

When I first walked in with my nephew, I thought I was in a 5-Star health spa. The office was really well lit and smelled amazing. I actually walked over to a humidifier because I thought it was pumping the good smells into the air. The nurses just explained that cleaned and sprayed often. It really showed. Once inside, Dr. Awada and his staff took great care of my nephew. Dr. Awada even gave him some fitness tips for staying in shape and avoiding unnecessary injuries. We were in and out in a flash. If we ever need anything, we will return for sure!

My experience at 24hr Lifeline Urgent Care was outstanding! The front desk staff informed me upfront that the office visit fee was $75 for self-pay, which was great since my deductible is $100 anyway. I signed in using their Xpress Check-In and was taken back immediately. Dr. Awada quickly took an X-ray of my foot, diagnosed a fracture, and had it casted all within 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how efficient and professional the service was. It felt like the same level of care you’d receive at a hospital, but at least five hours faster!

Only accepts cash because doctor was charged with prescription crimes back in 2013. Shady front desk person also trying to tell me it's completely normal for a doctor's office to only accept cash, no cards or insurance. Only went because I couldn't get into my primary doctor, called her again after this experience and she was sooo glad I didn't use this office, she said that is NOT a normal practice.

I had to bring my 4 year old son in. Dr. Awada is absolutely fantastic! In what was a scary situation for us, Dr. Awada was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable on my sons issue. He was very reassuring and took care of my son like he was his own. came in around 10pm on a saturday, i did have to wait around 40 minutes until i actually got examined, but it was no issue at all since there were quite a few people in there they had to take care of first and only had one dr. and one nurse. both of them were very nice and easy to talk to! Dr. explained very clearly how he was going to treat me and showed me everything he was going to use. love clear communication and a dr. who knows what he’s doing! 🙂 thank you!!

I got a tattoo and the infection started the same day, I called and the doctor did not hesitate to ask to see the swelling I told my situation to him about our car being in the shop and he asked if it would be okay to FaceTime so he could see if it looked like it needed care, I got in and within 25 minutes he has us all taken care of. I got my shots prescription and he knew exactly what I needed to do for the infection. Great service and very honorable trustworthy doctor✨
Fast fwd>>>> I ended up getting super dehydrated and nauseous. From alcohol. I couldn’t keep anything down, I didn’t drink much either, went in to see the doctor, was taken care of pretty much right away, gave me liquids from an IV and prescribed me nausea meds.

For the last week, I was having a weird feeling in my chest and slightly labored breathing. Like most things, I decided to wait and see if it would improve on its own over time. This morning at 2 am, I woke up in an absolute panic. I couldn't breathe. No matter how much air took in, it wasn't enough. As panic set in, my breathing started getting further and further away from me. I searched for the nearest open urgent care, expecting that the ER would be my only option. To my surprise, I found this one is open 24/7. I arrived and told Dr. Sam what was going on. He immediately got me back into a room and administered multiple treatments with a sense of urgency. He listened to me and took my concerns seriously. He made me feel safe and secure. By the time I was leaving, my breathing was no longer a critical concern. He called in several prescriptions to a 24/7 pharmacy for me to continue healing at home. I really appreciated the attention and professional level of care that Dr. Sam provided to me. They do not accept insurance, but I didn't care at the time. I just needed immediate medical intervention and he was there for me. Even without insurance, his price was very fair. He worked with me and I paid just about what I would have paid at the ER with my insurance.

Excellent care. I went in because my back went out and Dr. knew my asthma was bad. Treated me for both issues better than any doctor has in the past. Called in meds and scheduled follow up treatment. We as a family highly recommend going here for any illness or injury. 24 hr excellent care.

Very nice and wonderful people! Doctor Awada was funny and really nice! Would definitely recommend this urgent care as they are open 24 hours! The office is kept up very excellent and clean. The front desk lady was very nice and sweet! If you are looking for the best urgent care this is the one to go to! You will have to pay $75 fee and if you get any shots here money is added on to that $75 fee so please be prepared! But overall amazing staff and very caring.

This 24 hour urgent care center was a true life saver for me last night. Staff got me in right away. I was short of breath. The doctor there "Dr. Awada" was the best doctor I've ever seen hands down. Amazing bedside manner and truly passionate about what he does. He listened to my lungs and diagnosed me with pneumonia. Day number two with antibiotics and inhaler and I'm feeling so much better. So thankful for the incredible care I received. I highly recommend this urgent care center, the amazing doctor and the staff. 💯

I want to start by saying I usually NEVER write reviews, but after meeting Dr. SAM just yesterday and the experience I had I just knew I had to write one immediately!!!!
I woke up at 4am very sick w/ a throat issue and was scheduled for work at 7am... I panicked and tried searching for urgent cares open relatively close in range. I will tell you what, I never knew it was so extremely difficult to find an urgent care facility open at this specific time in the morning...After searching for urgent cares, I literally found 24 hr lifeline and was seen immediately upon arrival. Dr. Awada was so welcoming, understanding, friendly, open, thorough and definitely knowledgeable in his line of expertise!!! He didn't rush me out the door like alot of other doctors I have seen in the past, and was there to answer ANY questions I had, even on other health issues not pertaining to the issue I came into be seen in the first place. I even called him like 2 separtate times about my throat the same day and immediately spoke w/ him on the phone and he is the most polite and understanding person I have ever met...Not only as a doctor, but as a human being in general...He proved to me that not only AMAZING doctors exist, but amazing people do as well... I highly, highly recommend him and plan on goin back myself and telling ALL my friends and family about him as well. An amazing, amazing experience to say the least!!! So happy I found him and his 24 hour clinic❤️

Wow an actual 24-hour urgent care with a REAL DOCTOR on site 24-hours is truly amazing. He was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable even with having no insurance, you know how some of these doctor offices be when you don’t have insurance. The place was so clean like spotless, that was definitely one of my favorite parts about my visit, I love a clean doctor office shows they truly care about what they do. I cannot express how caring, compassionate, well educated and honest Dr. Sam is. I feel as if I've known him forever and just met him today. Gave me a diagnosis that had been overlooked by another Dr. and took excellent care of my so who was sepsis (had went to St. John the night before and was sent home untreated). I am a new patient for life . Fantastic Dr. and a wonderful human being. There is still good out there!

I tore and chemically burned my cornea because I was being unsafe with my contacts. Pain was an easy 10 out of 10. Dr Sam Awada wasted no time in getting me seen and treated. He is kind, gentle and eager to educate on what the wound was and followed up with me shortly after at no cost just to make sure my eye was healing properly. Everyone on staff were helpful and prompt. I went there because it was a 24 hour facility but after my excellent experience with them they will be where I go from now on even in the middle of the day and even though there are closer daytime urgent care places. Just awesome.

Yes, they actually are 24 hours!! Thankfully! 1:30am I called and talked to Sam, the dr of the office. I expressed my concerns, and he told me to come on down and he would take care of me. Obviously, at 2am, the wait was not long at all, in and out. I have such a hard time with Dr's, and with that being said, I really don't trust many Dr's at all.
Sam was one of the coolest and most understanding Dr's i have had the pleasure to meet. He checked me out, prescribed me the necessary prescriptions, and sent me to a pharmacy that was operating 24 hours. I was able to get what I needed at 2:30-3am and finally got home to get the rest I needed.

I want to begin byhighly recommend Dr . Sam for your medical has to have ; his office is 24 hours . From the second you walk in the door unless you leave will leave knowing that he provided the best care. My husband had an abscess and he went to his 24hour urgent care and received immediate treatment. He actively listened to what happened and kept me updated on my husbands care . He'll take his time and answer any questions you have. He’s caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, with years of experience. Dr . Sam is, indeed, one of the Best medical doctors i have come across in my life ! His bedside manner is composed, expert, determined, thorough, attentive, bendy, and private and less cost expensive like the hospital on. I would recommend anyone who has an emergency or even something simple as a physical to go see him.

I am surprised at people going out to their way to leave a negative review that has nothing to do with the performance of this amazing doctor. You don’t want to pay his fee for service visit, walk out and move on to another urgent care. He isn’t forcing anyone. He is 100% honest in Bering a few for above urgent care. It will be a disservice to the community who could benefit from seeing Dr Awada to leave such reviews. Haters will always be haters. Find something better to do with your life.
I came on here to leave a review. An amazing one too. Dr Awada saved my life. He is so smart, kind, and Knowledgeable. Worth every penny! I have been misdiagnosed for years by these clueless doctors I have been going to and it took this amazing Dr less than 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong with me. And I am already feeling a 1000% better. I am so thankful that I walked into this urgent care and I would recommend Dr Awada to all my family and friends in heart beat. Thank you Dr Awada.

On Saturday September 21, 2024.
I found myself in quite a quandary.
I suspected in the days prior that I was developing a UTI. Nausea, chills, and a back ache . That Saturday morning my back pain was so severe that I couldn’t even stand to let my dog out.
I was home alone for the weekend.
I thought I was clever, and took a prescription from a UTI that I had several months ago.
By 10:30 pm I was in excruciating pain. My bladder and my back hurt so badly that I knew there would be no sleep for me.
The thought of driving myself to the Emergency Room was unsettling, so I googled 24 hour urgent care near me.
I found 24 hour lifeline urgent care .
Fortunately, they were pretty close to my home.
Once there , I was greeted by a clean environment and a professional receptionist .
The routine urinalysis was performed and it was determined that I did have a UTI.
I have a complicated medical history.
Dr. Sam explained the results to me and his concerns.
He then proceeded to quickly address what he could do to treat my infection.
I was so impressed by his knowledge of medication and how it is used, and how the body breaks it down.
I immediately knew that I was in good hands.
Dr. Sam has a compassionate empathic manner.
He did not rush me , and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns.
He even offered to call an Uber for me, so that I would get home safely.
He sent prescriptions to a nearby 24 hour CVS, and I was home within an hour.
I took the first antibiotic fell asleep and woke up with pain radiating from my bladder up to my stomach and under my ribs. I was terrified that the infection had moved into my blood.
I called the office and spoke with Dr. Sam and he assured me that it was medication related and what to do to get relief.
In fact I reached out a couple of times to him for guidance over the course of the next day.
Each time I was met with calm and informative information.
Dr. Sam was my lifeline that night.
He even called the next day to check on my status.
I have never received such individualized attentive care.
I found out that the 24 hour lifeline urgent care provides a host of health care services, such as
sutures, x-rays, IV migraine therapy .
They also provide respiratory therapy, casting, splinting, blood work,Covid testing , physical examinations, immunizations, STD testing, pregnancy testing , strep tests, and so much more.
All done by a licensed medical doctor, not a PA.
I can’t even begin to tell you how highly I recommend 24 hour lifeline urgent care.
Honestly, it’s the best medical care I have ever received.

Walked in at 3am in extreme pain and was greeted by Dr. Sam. He was attentive and quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what was occurring and the next steps. I met Dr Sam Awada two months ago. At the time I was trying to get a Dot certificate I had been to 3 Doctor s before All I heard wasa diagnosis of my condition High blood pressure High glucose levels. No one wanted to help.
Then I met Dr Awada He worked with me Following his regimen I dropped my blood pressure from 180 /90 to normal parameters
My glucose levels from 300 to a steady 109. It wasn't easy as it sounds however it worked I am

I never thought I’d say I had a delightful experience at urgent care, but here I am.
In an emergency 1am trip due to spray paint in my eyes, Dr, Awada urged me that everything was going to be okay and explained the entire process of what he was going to do. One eye was extremely red, inflamed, and had puss coming out already. He asked how I felt about treating my other eye since there were no symptoms. I was hesitant but agreed to if he thought it was the right decision. He did, and turns out there were 3 abrasions on that eye as well. Once all was done, Dr. Awada had the courtesy to call the CVS nearby and confirm both my prescriptions were ready for pick up before I even left the office. Great experience and I will be returning if I’m in need of medical assistance again!

Dr. Sam Awada is amazing and multi-dimensional in his skillset! He treated my twin daughters and I like we were part of his family practice! We came in for a sports physical late on a Sunday night. We were seen promptly, a plus for an urgent care setting! We were greeted with enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness. We didn’t feel like patients. We felt like family.
He has a great bedside manner not often seen in today’s fast paced healthcare environment. As a healthcare professional myself, it is refreshing to meet providers who show confidence and pride in their practice, who keep sharp their critical thinking, never stop learning. He’s old school! He uses his assessment skills to make determinations on what is best for each patient. Then, confirms with scans and tests!! This is how medicine should be! His referrals are appropriate and not without his efforts to explore what could be going on.

I’ve been to other doctors who accepted my insurance and didn’t know how to diagnose and quick to prescribe lots and lots of medication I didn’t need. Dr. Sam Awada is exceptionally brilliant. From his diagnosis to his bedside manner. He knows what medications work and don’t work for every ailment. His office is like being at the hospital with all of the upscale equipment filled with X-ray, EKG machines to name a few. His fees are unbeatable with giving everyone more than a bang for their buck. He includes the patient with using basic terms for the medically challenged. He’s patient and going over and beyond anyone’s expectations. The office is so clean, updated, and professional. Today I took my brother in to see Dr. Awada. My brother could barely walk or talk without being in pain. He was seen immediately because there’s no waiting time. When Dr. Awada was done my brother was talking, laughing, and gave Dr. Awada a heartfelt handshake. My brother also starts his new job in the morning. Dr. Awada provided my brother with a very detailed doctor’s note including his diagnosis and restrictions from his injuries. Get this, Dr.. Awada stated, “I’ll talk to the HR department at your new job if they have any issues with you”. Dr. Awada told my brother to phone him if my brother needed his help. The best urgent care in Macomb County that is 24/7 since everything else closes early. I needed to treat a gash on my foot required 16 sutures n serious medical care. I was seen IMMEDIATELY! I went in Last night to be seen, and was seen by Dr. Sam! Wow! He is a Great Doctor! Dr. Sam is very educated on critical care. He ran a few test. I only had given him a few of the symptoms I was having, As he asked about the other symptoms! Yes! Those symptoms I am having also. He treated what was best for me and my symptoms. took my son in at around midnight with shortness of breath and chest pain. staff had him in a room within 10 minutes. Dr. Samy did ALL things necessary to get him back to normal, and we were out within 1 hour. The most amazing thing is, I received a voice mail the next day from Dr. Sam checking in on him. This is not the typical care you would expect, but was just totally patient driven. Thank you Dr. Sam and your staff, we will never go to any other urgent care again.

Went in this morning at 3:30 am, and was seen right away. Dr.Awada was kind, professional, and quick. After receiving a Covid diagnosis from him, I was given a shot and prescriptions that were ready before I even left the building. I highly recommend. I've actually already recommend several people so far. I went to the hospital one evening, weeks ago. The nurse had said that their wait time was going on hours long. People had been there since 3pm and it was 10pm. I researched 24 hour clinics and this place popped up and I'm glad I found them. Dr. AWADA is super pleasant to speak with and helped me even with my maintenance medication. This past week was my 2nd time dealing with him. Another thing worth noting is that I believe the office visit is super affordable. I've paid in the 100s just to be seen and I was charged $75.

I don’t often write reviews but felt my positive experience was worth noting. I’m so grateful there’s access to 24/7 care as I was in extreme pain early in the morning and couldn’t wait for other urgent cares to open. The doctor mentioned he was covering a shift and had been working over 24 hours yet still provided me excellent care, was kind, informative, calm, patient, very friendly and understanding and provided me immediate relief. He may have caught something my specialists missed days prior too. So thankful for the quick relief right now. Facility was clean and at 7/7:30am not busy. I woke up at 4 am with really bad UTI symptoms,. I couldn’t go back to sleep, jumped on google to see if tyere was a 24 hour urgent care. To my surprise, lifeline urgent care is only 7 minutes from my house! As soon as I walked in the door I was treated with what I call world class service. Dr. Sam was kind, super thorough and knowledgeable. He also made sure I was out on time to make it to work! I have already informed my family friends to visit him if they need immediate care, and I will also definitely be going back as well!

When I walked in to be seen with my daughter the doctor was the only one in the building, there was no staff. As I went to take out our insurance card he proceeded to tell me that they do not accept any insurance because they are a new office. (Weird was my first thought) he then told me I needed to pay a $75 office visit to be seen and I just sign something stating that I willingly paid the $75. Come to find out after this doctor served time for writing prescriptions no insurance company will cover him. Do not waste your time going to this urgent care.

I had what I thought was a flu, which actually turned out to be COVID. Dr. Awada immediately saw me, and there was no wait time. He prescribed medications that instantly made me feel better. He checked in the following days to see how I was doing.

I am miserable. I can't sleep sleep. I am trapped in a cyce of discomfort and exhaustion. The relentless coughing leaves me breathless, my chest tight and heavy. My head is pounding. My whole body is aching and I am having experincing waves of sweats and chills. The exhaustion is too much for me. Trouble is... it is 2am on a Saturday morning. What can I do at this hour?
I do some looking. I can only seem to find one place that is open. From the website it looks like a really nice place, so I decide to go, I am so desperate for relief.
That is when I met Dr. Sam Awada, and I cannot praise his professionalism and compassion enough.
From the moment I stepped into his office, Dr. Awada exuded warmth and kindness. He greeted me with a smile and took me right in. He was thorough, but incredibly quick. It took very little time for him to understand my misery and come up with a plan to fix all my issues. His prescribed a treatment plan tailored to alleviate my symptoms and get me back on track as soon as possible.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sam to anyone seeking compassionate and competent medical care. I didn't have some crazy diagnosis, just the flu, but misery is misery and I needed help right then. I am so grateful he was open, otherwise I would have had to wait even longer for the care I desperatly needed.

I visited him for a late-night 1:30 AM medical emergency and there was no wait time. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as much as possible (lol). When I left and returned home that morning, Dr. Sam called to check on how my foot was doing. I greatly appreciated his follow-up in today's environment. Dr. Sam was very helpful in explaining how to take the prescribed medication. He called the prescription into my pharmacy, and it was ready for immediate pickup. June 22 I had a severe toothache most of the day, by evening I felt like I was going to pass out. Tried my dentist emergency number and never got a call back. Found out there are no Urgent Cares open near us after 8 pm. My wife fines this place and rushes me down at 10:00 pm. Wow, Dr. Awada was amazing, quickly asseses, fully understood dental issues and provided quick treatment. Pain relief came quickly and slept like a baby. The next morning, I was completely surprised as he called and followed up, what an incredible doctor, kind and really cared. This was a 5 Star experience. Will refer him to everyone I know.

Urgent cares don't seem to be for the urgent anymore. We had to drive 25 minutes to get to an urgent care that was truly open for after 8pm issues. Our dentist never returned our emergency line call for a severe tooth ache, cheek starting to swell and pain so bad my husband thought he was gonna pass out.
Dr. Sam Awada was available, listened and treated with patience, care and efficiency. We are so grateful that he is maintaining a truly 24-hour urgent care. Not sure how he would have gotten through the night without Dr. Sam's help. If you need help and don't want to wait for 4-6 hours in the hospital emergency room go see Dr. Sam.

Dr. Awada was great. Is a well-knowledged doctor! Last time I had a finger injury from work I went to the ER and they jammed a needle in my finger and it hurt 3x more than the injury. Dr. Awada used a completely different method to numb my finger which was way less painful! He made quick work of repairing my finger. I highly recommend coming here instead of going to ER for most injuries.

I just left this urgent care with my very sick 3 year old son. I will be returning, anytime I need urgent care. I’m seriously impressed with how kind, compassionate, and empathetic the Dr treated myself and my son. Even at 1:00 am. He informed me of exactly what was hurting my son, and gave me directions I could easily understand about his treatment. I can express enough how wonderful, welcoming, and still worked with a sense of urgency to get my son taken care of. Obviously needing to go to an urgent care is never ideal. However this through and through was a great experience. I called before asking to be out on a waitlist and he explained I can come in and they weren’t currently busy but did set proper expectations he can’t control if more urgent walk in patients would show up. I appreciated the honesty. I showed up and within five minutes I was being treated. The doctor (who is the owner) helped me sign in while talking through my concerns and we had a probable treatment plan outlined before he even examined me. The examination was quick and accurate and I left within 25 minutes. The thing that really sets this apart is my pharmacy was out of a prescription he wrote and I called to let him know because the pharmacy did not. He said they should have and it wasn’t acceptable. It was after 9pm (24 hour pharmacy) and he called and switched my dosage and confirmed with them I could pick up and then called me back to let me know I was all set.

I went to this urgent care to have my hand looked at it was infected and injured at work. Dr. AWada took me in right away. He explained to me what was going on. I had a very deep infection and an abscess in my finger. He immediately addressed the situation. I saw him a few days later and follow up. My finger was 100% healed and felt awesome. My expectations were pretty low; I expected to meet a worn out staff with little to no customer service. Instead I was greeted by a doctor working the front office who cared about what was going on. He was patient, kind and very easy to work with. The price was super reasonable and I would refer any friends or family who don't have insurance to visit this practice. Ten Stars!

I have historically had issues with ear infections, wax impactions, etc. Basically my ears really like to cause me pain. After moving to the area, I didnt have a primary care physician that was easily accessible to get the care I needed.
No problem, right? Just need to call up a local ENT doc and schedule an appointment.
Cue hours-long hold time. Cue requesting a follow-up call to schedule (1-3 business days). Cue my ear pain getting so unbearable that I'm losing sleep. We've all been here before at some point or other.
Enter Lifeline. I stumble in at 10 to midnight, this is the only place I could go to seek out some relief. I gotta get to work tomorrow, after all. Dr. Sam was so kind, professional, and attentive, I was in and out within what felt like fifteen minutes. Instant relief! He even offered me a discount for the services rendered.
Brittany is also a star. She's got some incredible dedication to her work.
Highly recommend visiting this clinic!

I came in here late one night for a laceration on my thumb. The place was clean and welcoming. Dr. Awada and his team seen me right away and got me stitched up. I’ve been back for a few follow up visits and had the pleasure of meeting some of the other staff and they’re just a friendly and caring as Dr. Awada. Highly recommend this place!

Great staff and physicians! Location also new and very well updated inside. Even has an air purifier in the waiting room which was a very nice thoughtful touch😷

My wife had Severe Chest pain So We Came here at 4 a.m with Hopes that it’s open and Doctors available.Receptionist was there and helpful but DR.LORI she is Brilliant and Friendly Took care of everything & Did all Tests and Showed and discussed all results with us and She Figured out what the problem is and She made it An amazing EXPERIENCE! This is the First URGENT CARE which Deserves a 5 star RATING specially Dr.Lori❤️

Was on my way to the ER at 4am because I was having a very bad asthma attack. I passed by this urgent care that was close by on the way and decided to go there instead. I am very glad I did. Upon arrival Brittany was very kind , once I got into the back the doctor came in got me started on the treatments and meds I needed to be able to breathe again and feel better. Saved me from all the unnecessary tests at ER when I know what it was, suffered my whole life with it. And also saved me from the several hours I'd be waiting at hospital. The staff, care and prompt treatment will have me going back if ever needed!

Husband had a laceration and needed stitches. I called them to make sure it was something they could do. No one answered, but it was listed on website. Thinking maybe they were busy, we went to office since they the only urgent care around that opens before 8. The receptionist said they do not have doctors on staff until 930. Wound up at ER for a few stitches and big bill. Don’t advertise 24 hours if you cant see patients 24 hours!

Words can’t express how delightful this staff was. You tend to get an icky feeling when you hear anything with 24 hours in the name. From the moment I got here for a very important matter they got me right in, oversaw what I needed immediately and went well above and beyond to see that I had all the documentation I would need. Dr Sam awadawas super pleasant and down to earth, a super relatable dr that isn’t out of touch with connecting with his patients. 5 out of 5 stars all the way around
