At 24 HR Lifeline, we go beyond being a healthcare provider – we stand as your steadfast Life Line. We commit ourselves to addressing the needs of the whole person and caring for the entire family. We are available 24 hours a day all year including holidays. Our patient centered approach affords you immediate access to care whether it is urgent care or family medicine acute or chronic related illness.
We are an innovative Urgent care and Family Medicine treatment center. With the struggles of medical access to care patients have endured through the challenging times of Covid-19 (Sars Cov-2) and through the present, we felt it to be imperative that patients haver access to their medical needs or requirements. Our concept evolved through many of our former patients and new incoming patients who expressed tremendous difficulty in accessing care from their primary care providers. The alarming inability to access simple care is wjat essentially brought this concept to the forefront.
As a result, emergency departments inundated with patients seeking simple acute care or chronic care was extremely difficult with impossible time lines weeks or months before obtaining an appointment.
At 24 HR Lifeline we are here for the patient at any given time throughout the year without any wait times. Lifeline currently accepts walk-ins, same day appointments or scheduled appointments for all medical care of all ages no matter how simple or complex. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our new state of the art facility. Urgent care and Family Care is available for all acute and chronic care from general pediatrics to adults, school and sports physicals, all immunization requirements, travel and update needs based on current CDC recommendations, all areas of sports medicine including athletic and team conditioning, tailored exercise regimens for strength building and endurance, structured and individualized nutritional programs, weigh loss specialty and dietary RDA balanced nutritional requirements.
As Urgent Care and Family Physicians, it is our intention to treat the family unit with the best evidence-based medicine with the most optimal care and treatment. We hope to serve you and your family’s health care needs, now and in the near future.
24 HR Lifeline places a strong emphasis on health, wellness, and disease prevention. Patients are treated efficiently during consultation. The registration process of established or new patients is easily accomplished online through our Advanced MD patient portal. From your home, a simple New User sign-in account may be created. Patient information and insurance and co-pay all may be completed from the convenience of your home prior to the office visit. Upon arrival, registered patients have ZERO wait times and are roomed immediately for efficiency purposes.
Our office staff is extremely friendly, personable and family oriented. Our patients are treated equally regardless of their orientation to sex, race, culture, gender or religious status. We are a Family who understands your Family’s needs.
The entire staff follows an “our family treating your family” philosophy. Patients are welcomed the moment they pass the threshold. We are sensitive to our patients, and our staff members treat everyone like a member of their own family.
It is extremely important to be sensitive and trustworthy because patients are sharing very private and confidential information regarding not only their medical condition, but also their social or family difficulties. We champion our staff as active listeners and active participants in your overall care, health and wellness. Good health care comes from knowing patients, and it is not enough to only see them from the viewpoint of their illness but also from the viewpoint of mental health.
