Payment Policy

Payment of Co-pays & Deductibles is expected the same day that services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, credit card payments, money orders, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments.

There is a $75 fee for returned checks/NSF
We reserve the right to refuse treatment, unless emergent, if payment is not received.
