Lori Bishop, DNP, ACNP-BC
Dr. Lori Bishop brings over 20 years of nursing excellence to 24 Hour Lifeline MD. She holds both an Advanced Nurse Practitioner degree as well as a Doctorate degree in Nursing, with a focus in acute and chronic disease management.
Dr. Bishop has vast experience and knowledge in Urgent Care, Primary Care and the inpatient hospital settings. Most recently Dr. Bishop has served the community as an urgent care primary care provider and hospitalist.
Dr. Bishop is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience, every time. In her free time, Dr. Bishop enjoys reading and taking long walks in nature.
Barry Crawford, DO
Dr. Barry Crawford is a seasoned Family Medicine practitioner, certified by the board, boasting over ten years of invaluable experience. His academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Michigan State University, followed by the attainment of his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Crawford honed his skills further during his residency in family medicine at Hamilton Community Health Network.
Having served the community across various Urgent Care and Primary Care facilities, Dr. Crawford currently assumes the role of owner at 24 Hour Lifeline MD in Warren, Michigan. His practice is characterized by an unwavering commitment to addressing a diverse range of complex medical conditions with expertise and compassion. From managing acute issues to navigating chronic ailments, Dr. Crawford’s proficiency extends to patients spanning all age groups, from newborns to seniors.
Beyond the realm of medicine, Dr. Barry Crawford finds solace and rejuvenation in the pursuits of cooking and snowboarding. He believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, embracing sports and fitness as integral components of his well-being regimen. Additionally, Dr. Crawford’s medical journey spans 15-20 years, reflecting his extensive experience and dedication to the field.
Heather Castile, DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Heather Castile, DNP, FNP-BC, received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (2015) and Doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner (2021) degrees from Wayne State University. Dr. Castile brings nearly a decade of healthcare experience to our 24 Hour Lifeline MD with an advanced skillset in nursing specialties including urgent care, neuroscience, stroke care, and medical intensive care. Additionally, Dr. Castile is a certified nurse educator at the Wayne State University School of Nursing where she assists in the clinical training and education of nursing students.
Dr. Castile currently serves our community treating patients in the Urgent care setting while attending to a variety of acute and chronic care conditions. Dr. Castile is an advocate for patient centered care and supporting patient autonomy. She thrives in best patient outcomes while building a therapeutic relationship with her patients from an all-encompassing perspective through balanced behavioral health and lifestyle modification to meet their health goals.
Heather is trained in basic and advanced life support, she has a certification in behavioral health collaborative based care through University of Michigan and she has APNA certification in suicide prevention. Dr. Castile enjoys spending quality time with her family, she also enjoys reading and she enjoys running as part of her daily activities.
Amber Flint, Office Manager
Amber Flint’s role as Office Manager at 24 Hour Lifeline MD has been pivotal, characterized by unwavering dedication and exemplary leadership. Her organizational prowess and positive demeanor have upheld the efficiency of our operations, fostering a high standard of patient care.

Ellen Frazier, Billing Manager
Ellen Frazier brings over three decades of extensive experience in the medical field, specializing in medical billing and credentialing. With a diverse background spanning various areas of healthcare, Ellen is recognized as a versatile and integrated medical professional.
Throughout her career, Ellen has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her profession, diligently overseeing numerous providers and facilities in her role as Billing and Credentialing Manager. Her expertise extends to medical terminology, billing procedures, and insurance protocols, honed through attendance at various seminars and workshops.
Ellen’s proficiency encompasses the intricacies of daily patient office visits across different specialties, hospital admissions, and procedural billing. She is adept at managing insurance and patient payments, navigating claim rejections, and conducting thorough follow-ups to ensure billing accuracy and reimbursement efficiency.
